The Setting

GreenGale Farm sits outside the noise of the Strip, a working farm and one of the most distinctive private event spaces in Nevada. Outstanding in the Field, the acclaimed farm-to-table dining experience, will produce the morning: long communal tables set in the open air, everything grown or sourced close to where you're sitting.

The Chef

Chef Jackson Stamper of Ada's brings a menu built around the farm and the season. Ada's has become one of Las Vegas' most respected culinary destinations — known for cooking that is precise without being fussy. This is his kitchen, taken outside.

The Morning

Alongside breakfast, guests will have the chance to take part in a curated selection of activities, from movement and mindfulness to something a little more unexpected. Details to follow for confirmed guests.
