Outstanding in the Field, the acclaimed farm-to-table dining experience, will produce the morning: long communal tables set in the open air, everything grown or sourced close to where you're sitting.
Chef Jackson Stamper of Ada's brings a menu built around the farm and the season. Ada's has become one of Las Vegas' most respected culinary destinations — known for cooking that is precise without being fussy. This is his kitchen, taken outside.
